central location free coffee friendly staff clean room
The location was central. it allowed easy access to many attractions. the free tea and coffee available all day was a real plus. i liked the friendly staff. They were very helpful. the room was clean and well maintained every day, though the parking was expensive.
the room lacked air conditioning, though it was fine for the time of year!

The location is convenient, close to main attractions. The staff was helpful during check-in and checkout. I got pastries, tea, and coffee each morning without any charge. The hotel provided a microwave for guest use.
The room lacked air conditioning, only fans were available. I could not keep windows open without screens to prevent flies. This situation was a notable inconvenience .

the location was very convenient near union square. Pastries and coffee were available each morning between 7 and 10 am. Check-in and check-out were both straightforward. The staff provided friendly, helpful service .
the hallway seemed a little dim on my floor. i noticed it could benefit from brighter lighting to improve the overall ambiance. this minor change could really enhance the guest experience.

Check-in was quick and easy. The staff were helpful with directions and local information. The room had a comfortable bed. The hotel offered complimentary pastries each morning. It was a great start to the day.
The parking situation was a bit confusing. I needed to check in at the front desk and then go back to the parking lot to register the car.

I found the location particularly advantageous. It was next to the cable cars. the staff was friendly. They provided excellent service. the pastries available each morning were tasty. I especially enjoyed the variety.
