The location was central. it allowed easy access to many attractions. the free tea and coffee available all day was a real plus. i liked the friendly staff. They were very helpful. the room was clean and well maintained every day, though the parking was expensive.

the location was very convenient near union square. Pastries and coffee were available each morning between 7 and 10 am. Check-in and check-out were both straightforward. The staff provided friendly, helpful service .

the hallway seemed a little dim on my floor. i noticed it could benefit from brighter lighting to improve the overall ambiance. this minor change could really enhance the guest experience.

The parking situation was a bit confusing. I needed to check in at the front desk and then go back to the parking lot to register the car.
